Char Siew is a traditional Cantonese cuisine. Also known as barbecued pork. Char Siew which also literally means "Fork Roast" which got its name from the traditional cooking method of the dish (Cha being fork, Siew being burn/roast in Cantonese). Char Siew is a strip of marinated boneless pork is skewered and roasted.
Char Siew is glazed with honey and a specialty marinated sauce to roast to a mild “Siew” exterior which caramelized the exterior of the meat. The meat is set to go our special made sauces which add flavor to the meat.
With our special made sauce and a bowl of rice, you will surely get a satisfactory meal.
