The main difference is that suckling pig is deboned and golden piglet is with bone,

• Our Suckling Pig is specially marinated, deboned, and roasted for a lighter, skin crunch — perfect for parties and smaller gatherings for about 4-8 pax.
• Our Golden Piglet uses larger, whole raw piglets (typically 6kg or 12kg) and is presented beautifully rounded, making it a spectacular, traditional centerpiece for major celebratory events.

To ensure absolute freshness, optimal roasting quality, and the best presentation for your table, all our signature roasts—including our ducks, suckling pigs, and piglets—are strictly sold as whole items.

Yes, we offer a professional chopping service so your order arrives ready to serve. A small preparation fee applies per item: $2 for Duck or Chicken, $5 for Suckling Pig, $10 for Golden Piglet, and $50 for a Large Roasted Pig.

Yes, we provide professional on-site chopping at a flat rate of $100. Our chef will arrive fully equipped with their own cleaver and chopping board; you will just need to provide a sturdy table on-site. They will portion your roasted items into serving sizes, pack them neatly, and depart.

If you require our chef to stay stationed at your event for a longer duration, our extended rate is $80 per hour (with a minimum booking of 2 hours)

For the ultimate dining experience, we highly recommend consuming our roasts within 1 to 2 hours of delivery while the skin is at it best. To keep the skin from turning hard and the meat from drying out, please store it away from direct airflow, such as open windows or direct fan drafts.

If you are serving it later, follow these storage guidelines:

• Refrigerator: Keep wrapped in the chiller for up to 1 to 3 days.
• Freezer: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

To revive the crispiness of the skin without drying out the meat:

• Roast Pork / Suckling Pig: Reheat in a preheated oven or air fryer at 180°C to 200°C for about 5 to 10 minutes until the skin crackles again.
• Roast Duck / Chicken: Reheat at 160°C for 8 to 12 minutes to warm it thoroughly while keeping the meat juicy.

Avoid using a microwave, as it will make the crispy skin soft and chewy.

We completely understand the cultural importance of meeting your specific auspicious timing, and we prioritize Guo Da Li orders to ensure everything runs smoothly. Customers typically arrange their delivery in one of two ways:

• Option 1: Deliver directly to the Bride's location

  We can coordinate a precise drop-off at near bride's estate. The groom can meet our delivery driver downstairs or nearby, take over the beautifully decorated roast pig, and bring it up to the bride's home together to begin the ceremony on time.

• Option 2: Deliver to the Groom's location first

  We can deliver the fresh roast pig directly to the groom's residence earlier in the morning, allowing the groom and his entourage to transport the centerpiece over to the bride's home as part of the traditional procession.
