Whole Roasted Pig (烧猪) for Celebrations and Prayers
We roast our whole pigs in four sizes, weighed after roasting: Small 10kg, Medium 14kg, Large 18kg and Extra Large 30kg. The Small and Medium pigs come from farms in the Netherlands and Spain, and the Large from Indonesia. Every pig goes into our own marinade before roasting.
A whole roasted pig is the centrepiece for weddings, company celebrations, temple and festival prayers, and big family gatherings. For smaller groups, our roast pork (siew yoke) and char siew come in 500g and 1kg portions, and the Lechon Liempo comes as a 3kg roll.
