Suckling Pig and Golden Piglet (乳猪)
Our suckling pig comes from Spanish and Dutch farms and weighs about 4–5kg. We marinate each one in our signature blend and roast it on a traditional rotary grill until the skin crackles. We can deliver it whole or chopped.
The golden piglet has a rounder, fuller shape and comes in 6kg or 12kg before roasting. Many families choose it as a betrothal gift: it means the same as a large roasted pig but is easier to share.
